I have been pairing with a piece of fruit (0 Points Plus) for a mid morning snack. Keeps me full, satisfies my never ending sweet tooth. A big WINNING on the Grace snack scale!
Say it with me people…PB2! Or as I refer to it-God’s gift to the world. I love peanut butter, but am not willing to spend the points on the real deal. This stuff can be found in the health food section of most grocery stores and is AH-MAZ-ING. You mix 2 Tbsp of the powder with 1 Tbsp of water and bam! You have a 1 Points Plus serving of peanut butter. I put mine on fruit (either an apple or banana) and it keeps me full until lunch.
